About the Role
As a Client Relationship Support professional, you will work closely with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers to support a portfolio of global corporate clients. The role focuses on client servicing, relationship management, business development support, operational coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Coordinate with client service teams across various banking products.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal HSBC teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Work with Business Credit Officers (BCOs) to prepare and submit credit applications on time.
- Handle credit-related queries and ensure timely approvals.
- Prepare internal approvals, including Customer Due Diligence (CDD), pricing approvals, and credit approvals.
- Assist in negotiating transaction-specific documentation.
- Help develop and maintain client relationship plans.
- Ensure compliance with HSBC policies, banking regulations, and internal procedures.
- Manage AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Customer Due Diligence, and other regulatory responsibilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- A Graduate, Engineering, or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage client relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of banking operations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools will be considered a plus.

Training Requirement
