Job Description
First Citizens India is hiring Analyst – Client Advisory Services professionals to support KYC (Know Your Customer), client onboarding, quality control, and maintenance of commercial client information files (CIFs). The selected candidates will work closely with business teams and clients to ensure regulatory compliance and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
This role offers excellent exposure to banking operations, compliance, AML/KYC processes, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst – Client Advisory Services, you will:
- Perform validation and quality control checks for newly onboarded client accounts.
- Ensure all onboarding activities comply with global KYC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal business teams and clients to collect required information.
- Research and resolve missing documentation for client onboarding.
- Monitor cases and ensure timely completion within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client onboarding issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate Client Information File (CIF) records.
- Support commercial banking products, online banking, and cash management services.
- Help reduce operational and compliance risks.
- Participate in training initiatives and collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
