About the Role
Milliman is looking for a Financial Analyst to support its finance team in budgeting, financial reporting, and business analysis. The selected candidate will help manage the annual budgeting process, monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and assist with various finance-related projects.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the annual corporate budget.
- Support monthly financial performance reporting.
- Analyze actual financial results against budget forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis for various business projects.
- Track financial and operational performance metrics.
- Perform accounting analysis and prepare financial reports.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
