Job Responsibilities
As a Financial Data Analyst, you will:
- Support credit ratings, financial research, and analytical projects.
- Collect, validate, clean, and process financial data for analysis.
- Apply Moody’s methodologies to prepare adjusted financial data, ratios, charts, and key performance indicators.
- Review financial statements, annual reports, and other issuer-related documents.
- Work closely with rating analysts to understand data requirements.
- Assist in maintaining financial databases and completing research support tasks.
- Resolve data mapping and validation issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Prepare data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for better business insights.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with CFA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification are eligible to apply.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and basic capital market concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
The following skills will be an added advantage:
