Key Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Associate – IT Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end users for IT devices, software, and applications.
- Resolve service desk tickets by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Record, update, and escalate support requests whenever required.
- Support IT onboarding activities for new employees.
