For this role, you’ll work with Divas Gupta, a well-known personal development coach with over 5 million social media followers. Instead of cold calling, you’ll interact with people who have already shown interest in the programs.
Job Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setter/Sales Booker, your responsibilities include:
- Respond to warm leads through Instagram, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Talk to interested customers in Hindi and English.
- Make calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with potential customers professionally.
- Maintain daily lead records in Google Sheets.
- Attend weekly training sessions and review meetings.
- Manage your sales pipeline with consistency and ownership.
Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Good spoken and written English.
- Good spoken and written Hindi.
- Strong communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Basic Google Docs and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Fast typing skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn sales.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must be available for full-time work only.
- No college, internships, or part-time jobs during employment.
- Comfortable speaking on phone calls in Hindi and English.
- Able to work 8–10 hours daily, six days a week.
