As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the Growth Partner (GP) to manage and improve the digital presence of multiple businesses.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor customer lead conversations and respond to routine inquiries using approved templates.
- Escalate complex customer queries to the Growth Partner.
- Review AI-generated blogs, social media posts, and customer review responses before publishing.
- Select relevant images and publish content according to schedule.

- Identify unusual performance issues and report them to the Growth Partner.
- Update and maintain client websites using the company’s platform.
